Cancellation Policy

At Vilasya.in, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. We aim to make cancellations as simple as possible while ensuring orders are processed efficiently.

When Can I Cancel My Order?

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy, subject to the applicable return conditions.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact us at care@vilasya.in or call +91 95585 90973. Please provide your order number and the email address or phone number used when placing the order.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible because cancellation requests are subject to the current processing and dispatch status of your order.

Cancellation After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, we generally cannot cancel it before delivery. If the product is eligible for return, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible cancellation is approved and payment has already been collected, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method or through another appropriate method, subject to the payment provider and applicable rules.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders Cancelled by Vilasya

Vilasya.in may cancel an order in circumstances such as product unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate operational reasons. If payment has already been collected for an order cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our refund process.

Important

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation. Cancellation is confirmed only after we review the order status and notify you that the cancellation has been accepted.

This policy should be read together with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to customers under applicable Indian law.
