Return & Refund Policy

At Vilasya.in, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible item, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Return Eligibility

Return requests should generally be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and, where applicable, returned with their original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and other included items.

Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, consumable, customized, clearance, or other product-specific restrictions. The applicable product or order terms will prevail where stated.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review the request and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method or through another appropriate method, subject to the payment provider and applicable rules.

Refund processing and bank/payment-provider credit times can vary. You will be notified once the refund is initiated or approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, damaged after delivery due to customer handling, missing essential parts, or otherwise excluded by the product-specific return terms may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping

Where the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item attributable to us or our fulfillment partner, we will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement. For other approved returns, return-shipping responsibility may depend on the product and reason for return.
